For some reason even though I live in Hong Kong, I had never tried DUNU products until I went to LA and attended CanJam. I immediately spotted the uniquely named DUNU Falcon C and tried it, happily finding another extremely tasteful mid priced product.
Shortly after my acquisition of the Noble Kaiser 10 (K10), the California-based marque announced the Katana, a new design featuring 9 custom drivers per side and promises a different tuning signature. In this review, I hope to depict Katana in its own light, and not so much compare it too heavily to its royal sibling, which now sits alongside it as co-flagships of the house of Noble.
Creative is a company that has been involved in audio since 1981, and their SoundBlaster line is also a name I also grew up with as most computers came packaged with their soundcards. I’ve also been a long time fan of their affordable desktop speakers, and I’m happy to say that their foray into portable audio doesn’t disappoint.
